The association’s ambition is to promote quality wine regions, particularly in Languedoc-Roussillon, and to further awareness of these regions as wine tourism destinations by reaching out to wine
lovers and connoisseurs, in France and abroad. It aims to achieve this goal primarily by designing and publishing bilingual themed books with a strong educational focus, that are both reliable
and accessible sources of information. It is also able to roll out additional promotional activities such as providing content for bilingual websites (for tourism structures or institutions for
example) and arranging photo exhibitions at events such as international trade shows and at venues open to the public. The purpose of this holistic approach is to promote a meaningful dialogue
and partnerships between the various stakeholders committed to this task.
